Description

A rich and indulgent pasta dish enveloped in a creamy garlic sauce, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in the pasta and cook according to package instructions, stirring occasionally, until al dente.
  5. Reduce heat and gradually add the cream and Parmesan, stirring until smooth.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes
