Description

A hearty one-pot creamy garlic pasta dish that is perfect for gatherings and easy to clean up.


Ingredients

  • Pasta (your choice: fettuccine, penne, etc.)
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh garlic, minced
  • Beef broth
  • Heavy cream
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add in the pasta and stir to coat with oil and garlic.
  3. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Cover to cook.
  4. Once the pasta is tender, reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Season with salt and pepper. Toss until creamy and well combined.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve hot and fresh, topped with additional Parmesan if desired. Pairs well with a side salad or garlic bread.
