A hearty one-pot creamy garlic pasta dish that is perfect for gatherings and easy to clean up.
Ingredients
- Pasta (your choice: fettuccine, penne, etc.)
- Olive oil
- Fresh garlic, minced
- Beef broth
- Heavy cream
- Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add in the pasta and stir to coat with oil and garlic.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Cover to cook.
- Once the pasta is tender, reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper. Toss until creamy and well combined.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve hot and fresh, topped with additional Parmesan if desired. Pairs well with a side salad or garlic bread.
