Description

A comforting one-pot meal featuring tender chicken, pasta, and a creamy garlic honey parmesan sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 8 ounces of pasta (penne works great)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat a drizzle of oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper. Sauté until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions, stirring occasionally.
  4. Once the pasta is tender, reduce the heat. Mix in the heavy cream, honey, and parmesan, stirring until everything is well combined and creamy.
  5. Adjust seasoning if needed, and let it simmer for a couple of minutes to meld the flavors.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, sear the chicken until it’s nicely browned. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days, or frozen for up to three months.
