Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, and parsley until well combined.
  2. Season the mixture with salt and pepper according to your taste preferences.
  3. Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface, and divide the chicken mixture evenly among them.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly to form wraps.
  5. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown, approximately 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. Remove the wraps from the skillet, slice them up, and serve warm.
