Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, and parsley until well combined.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper according to your taste preferences.
- Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface, and divide the chicken mixture evenly among them.
- Roll each tortilla tightly to form wraps.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown, approximately 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove the wraps from the skillet, slice them up, and serve warm.
