Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs, skin-on, bone-in
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture thoroughly onto the chicken thighs, ensuring even coverage.
  4. Place the thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet or in a roasting pan.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
