Description

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs (panko)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Assorted vegetables (e.g., broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels on a clean surface.
  3. Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Coat each chicken breast with olive oil and then dredge in the breadcrumb mix, ensuring they’re well-covered.
