Description

Crispy Parmesan-coated pork chops that are easy to prepare and perfect for family dinners or entertaining.


Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for pan-searing) or cooking spray (for baking)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F if baking.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese with breadcrumbs until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and season them with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Dip each pork chop first in the egg, then roll them in the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture until coated completely.
  5. For Baking: Arrange the coated chops on a greased baking sheet, spray the tops lightly with cooking spray, and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reads 145°F.
  6. For Pan-searing: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chops for 4–5 minutes on each side until nicely browned and cooked through.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days, or freeze for up to three months.
