A comforting and creamy chicken casserole that the whole family will love, featuring cheesy goodness and a crunchy potato chip topping.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup grated onion
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup crushed potato chips (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheese, grated onion, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with crushed potato chips.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until heated through and the top is golden brown.

To store leftovers, keep them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days or freeze wrapped portions for up to two months.
