Description

A comforting and creamy chicken casserole that the whole family will love, featuring cheesy goodness and a crunchy potato chip topping.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup grated onion
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheese, grated onion, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Top with crushed potato chips.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until heated through and the top is golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with a smile!

Notes

To store leftovers, keep them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days or freeze wrapped portions for up to two months.
