Quick, no-bake snack packed with protein, perfect for a mid-afternoon boost or post-workout treat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup maple syrup (or honey)
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp almond flour (or 1/4 cup oat flour)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, protein powder, almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly until fully combined. If the dough feels too sticky, sprinkle in additional almond flour, one tablespoon at a time. If it’s too dry, add maple syrup, one teaspoon at a time.
- Stir in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- With clean hands, scoop the mixture and roll it into bite-sized balls.
- Enjoy immediately or store for later!
Notes
Feel free to swap almond flour for oat flour for gluten-free options. Honey can be substituted with agave for a vegan version.
