Description

A delicious quiche filled with savory cheese and crispy beef bacon, perfect for brunch or family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar, Swiss, or your favorite blend)
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled beef bacon
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (like spinach, bell peppers, or onions)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and layer the cooked beef bacon and chopped vegetables at the bottom.
  4. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the bacon and vegetables.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the top, ensuring it covers all ingredients.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
  7. Allow it to cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, consider sautéing your vegetables before adding them to the quiche. Using a blend of cheeses can enhance the dish without overwhelming it.
