Description

A delicious and easy grilled salmon recipe with vibrant flavors, perfect for summer gatherings and weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
  • Fresh dill sprigs, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dill, honey, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the salmon fillets generously with the marinade and let them sit for about 15 minutes.
  4. Place the fillets on the preheated grill, skin side down.
  5. Grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
  7. Serve with fresh lemon wedges and dill sprigs.

Notes

Marinate longer for fuller flavor; ensure internal temperature reaches 145°F for safe consumption.
