Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Fresh dill sprigs, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dill, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the salmon fillets generously with the marinade and let them sit for about 15 minutes.
- Place the fillets on the preheated grill, skin side down.
- Grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
- Serve with fresh lemon wedges and dill sprigs.
