Ingredients
- 2 salmon filets (6 oz each)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray.
- Place the salmon filets on the baking sheet with the skin-side down.
- In a small dish, melt the butter in the microwave and brush it onto the salmon.
- Season the salmon with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Bake for 12 to 16 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Serve garnished with fresh lemon slices and dill.
Notes
Use wild-caught salmon for more flavor and don’t overcook to avoid a dry texture.
