Description

A flavorful and flaky salmon dish that is easy to prepare and perfect for quick dinners or cozy brunches.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon filets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray.
  3. Place the salmon filets on the baking sheet with the skin-side down.
  4. In a small dish, melt the butter in the microwave and brush it onto the salmon.
  5. Season the salmon with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Bake for 12 to 16 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  7. Serve garnished with fresh lemon slices and dill.

Notes

Use wild-caught salmon for more flavor and don’t overcook to avoid a dry texture.
