Description

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs (free-range recommended)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar works great)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (or your favorite greens)
  • 1 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms)
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef (seasoned)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional herbs for garnish (like parsley or chives)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until blended. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a greased baking dish, layer the cooked ground beef, then add the diced vegetables and spinach.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the layers, ensuring even coverage.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  7. Allow it to cool for a few minutes before slicing into squares.

Notes
