Ingredients
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 bell pepper, sliced (any color)
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 cups of mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions, peppers, and mushrooms, sautéing until they’re softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Push the vegetables to one side and add the ground beef to the pan. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until well browned, about 8-10 minutes.
- Transfer the beef and vegetable mixture into a greased baking dish. Top evenly with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
