Ingredients
- 1 can crescent roll dough
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, beaten egg, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Roll out the crescent dough; separate it into triangles.
- Spoon a small amount of the pecan mixture onto each triangle and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle towards the point and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until they turn a beautiful golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
