Description

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: chopped vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, or onions)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, and seasonings until well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese and any optional vegetables you desire.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
