Ingredients
- 2 pounds salmon (skin removed)
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Cut the salmon into uniform 1-inch cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to create the seasoning mix.
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon cubes and gently toss to coat.
- Gradually sprinkle the seasoning mix over the salmon, tossing again to ensure an even coating.
- Place the salmon cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for approximately 6-7 minutes until fully cooked and flaky.

For a different flavor profile, substitute brown sugar with honey or experiment with your favorite seasoning blends.
