Description

A delicious wrap combining tender chicken, gooey cheese, and fresh vegetables, all encased in a warm tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breasts, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella recommended)
  • 4 tortillas (flour or corn)
  • 1/2 cup creamy ranch dressing or your preferred sauce
  • 1 cup fresh vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, peppers)
  • 1 tsp spices (salt, pepper, garlic powder)
  • Optional: hot sauce for extra kick


Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add shredded chicken and sprinkle with spices. Sauté for about 5 minutes, just until heated through.
  2. Layer cheese on top of the chicken and cover the skillet for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
  3. Lay out tortillas and spread a generous dollop of ranch dressing or preferred sauce on each.
  4. Spoon the cheesy chicken mixture onto the tortillas and add fresh vegetables.
  5. Roll them tightly and slice in half if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

For added crispiness, consider toasting the wraps in a pan after rolling.
