Description
A delicious wrap combining tender chicken, gooey cheese, and fresh vegetables, all encased in a warm tortilla.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breasts, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella recommended)
- 4 tortillas (flour or corn)
- 1/2 cup creamy ranch dressing or your preferred sauce
- 1 cup fresh vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, peppers)
- 1 tsp spices (salt, pepper, garlic powder)
- Optional: hot sauce for extra kick
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, add shredded chicken and sprinkle with spices. Sauté for about 5 minutes, just until heated through.
- Layer cheese on top of the chicken and cover the skillet for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
- Lay out tortillas and spread a generous dollop of ranch dressing or preferred sauce on each.
- Spoon the cheesy chicken mixture onto the tortillas and add fresh vegetables.
- Roll them tightly and slice in half if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
For added crispiness, consider toasting the wraps in a pan after rolling.
