Description

A versatile and nutritious turkey wrap perfect for busy weeknights, picnics, or brunch.


Ingredients

  • 2 Egglife wraps or 1 high-protein wrap of choice
  • 2 tablespoons Lite Mayo
  • 4 slices of Smoked Turkey Breast
  • 1 slice of lite Cheddar cheese or Swiss cheese
  • 1 pickle spear, sliced in half
  • 1 leaf of romaine lettuce
  • Optional: 1 Roma tomato, thinly sliced, and 2 slices of turkey bacon


Instructions

  1. Warm Up: Begin by warming your wraps for about 15 seconds in the microwave or on the stove until pliable.
  2. Spread the Mayo: Place 1 tablespoon of lite mayo at the center of your wrap and spread it evenly.
  3. Add the Turkey: Lay down 2 slices of Smoked Turkey Breast on top of the mayo.
  4. Cheese Time: Add 1/2 slice of lite Cheddar cheese or Swiss cheese on each wrap.
  5. Pickle and Lettuce: Top it off with half a pickle slice and a leaf of romaine lettuce.
  6. Optional Turkey Club Wrap: Include thinly sliced tomato and a couple of turkey bacon strips if desired.
  7. Fold and Enjoy: Fold your wrap in half, and it’s ready to be devoured!

Notes

Serve with fresh vegetable sticks or yogurt-based dip. For storage, keep wraps in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
