Quick, nutritious no-bake protein balls that are easy to make and customize.
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 cup peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice)
- 1/3 cup honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of sea salt
- 1 scoop protein powder (whey or plant-based)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (for dipping, optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, sea salt, and protein powder. Stir until everything is well incorporated.
- With clean hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and lay them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- If you choose to dip them in chocolate, melt the chocolate carefully in the microwave or over a double boiler, then dunk each ball into the chocolate.
- Place the chocolate-covered balls back on the lined baking sheet.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to set, or enjoy immediately!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for longer storage. Use parchment paper between layers to prevent sticking.
