Description

Succulent chicken infused with zesty ranch flavors, slow-cooked to perfection for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet of ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 cup of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional: chopped green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix over the chicken.
  3. Pour the chicken broth into the slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  5. After 4 hours, add the cream cheese and cheddar cheese.
  6. Stir until creamy and well combined; cook for an additional 30 minutes.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with green onions if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. This dish also freezes well for up to 3 months.
