Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)


Instructions

  1. Combine the ranch dressing, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese in a mixing bowl. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
  5. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
  6. Place the skewers on the grill or in the oven. Cook for about 12-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through, turning occasionally for even browning.
