Description

Juicy chicken skewers coated in a savory ranch garlic parmesan mixture, perfect for casual get-togethers and barbecues.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breast, cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Combine olive oil, ranch seasoning, minced garlic, and grated parmesan in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the cubed chicken, mixing well to ensure it’s evenly coated. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and has nice grill marks.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken longer or soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling.
