Description

A delightful and versatile pasta salad combining earthy ranch flavors with fresh vegetables, perfect for potlucks and family meals.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups pasta of your choice (shells, penne, or rotini)
  • 1 cup ranch dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked beef bacon (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  2. Combine the cooled pasta, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, cheese, and green onions in a large bowl.
  3. Pour in the ranch dressing and toss everything together until well coated.
  4. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
  5. Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding cooked beef bacon. Feel free to substitute or add any vegetables you prefer.
