Ingredients
- 1 large head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 large onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cups vegetable broth (or beef broth)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
- Stir in the chopped cabbage, coating it with the onion mixture.
- Pour in the vegetable or beef broth, and add salt and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes, or until cabbage is tender.
