Description

A delicious and nutritious breakfast that requires minimal effort, packed with chocolate flavor and customizable toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: fresh fruits, nuts, or seeds


Instructions

  1. In a mason jar or container, combine rolled oats, cocoa powder, and sweetener.
  2. Pour in the milk and vanilla extract; stir well to combine.
  3. Add chocolate chips, adjusting the amount to your preference.
  4. Seal the container and refrigerate overnight.
  5. In the morning, give the oats a good stir and top with your choice of fresh fruit or nuts.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for up to five days. Can be reheated in the microwave if desired. Use high-quality cocoa powder for the best flavor.
