Description

A delightful blend of tender chicken and al dente pasta, generously coated with a rich garlic Parmesan sauce, perfect for family gatherings or casual weeknight meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 8 oz pasta (like fettuccine or penne)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to deglaze the pan. Allow it to simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens and is smooth.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, tossing to combine. Add the cooked pasta and mix until well-coated in the sauce.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Pair with a crisp green salad or garlic bread; store leftovers for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
