Description

Quick and satisfying salami pinwheels, perfect for any gathering and kid-approved.

Ingredients

  • 24 slices salami
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup banana peppers, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Lay the salami slices on a cutting board in a flat layer, creating 3 rows of four slices, slightly overlapping each slice.
  2. Spread half of the softened cream cheese evenly over the salami slices.
  3. Sprinkle half of the finely chopped banana peppers on top of the cream cheese layer.
  4. Carefully roll the salami, cream cheese, and banana peppers into a tight log shape. Wrap this log in plastic wrap as you go.
  5. Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients to create a second roll.
  6. Refrigerate both rolls for at least one hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  7. Once chilled, slice the rolls into pinwheels, serve, and enjoy the delightful flavors!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze uncut logs for up to a month.
