Description

A delightful chicken salad combining classic BLT flavors with a protein-packed twist, perfect for lunch or a light dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup cucumber, diced
  • ½ cup beef bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, red onion, and beef bacon.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Adjust seasoning as needed and serve fresh.

Notes

For a creamier texture, gradually adjust the amount of mayonnaise. Experiment by adding avocado or different greens.
