Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup cucumber, diced
- ½ cup beef bacon, cooked and crumbled
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, red onion, and beef bacon.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Adjust seasoning as needed and serve fresh.
Notes
For a creamier texture, gradually adjust the amount of mayonnaise. Experiment by adding avocado or different greens.
