Description

A delightful chicken salad featuring cooked beef bacon and fresh vegetables, perfect for lunch gatherings or family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 1/2 cup beef bacon, chopped and cooked
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken, cooked beef bacon, and chopped vegetables.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir gently to coat.
