Description

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk (or cream for richer texture)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar or Swiss)
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (like spinach, bell peppers, or onions)
  • 1 cup cooked beef (or substitute with beans for a vegetarian option)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional herbs (like thyme or parsley)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Stir in the cheese, vegetables, and cooked beef.
  4. Season the mixture with salt and pepper, and add any herbs if desired.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish or an oven-safe skillet.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.

Notes
