Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk (or cream for richer texture)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar or Swiss)
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (like spinach, bell peppers, or onions)
- 1 cup cooked beef (or substitute with beans for a vegetarian option)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional herbs (like thyme or parsley)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Stir in the cheese, vegetables, and cooked beef.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper, and add any herbs if desired.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish or an oven-safe skillet.
