Ingredients
- 1 package tater tots
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 bell pepper, diced (optional)
- 1 onion, chopped (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a pan, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain excess grease and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Layer half of the tater tots on the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Add the cooked ground beef evenly over the tater tots.
- Pour the egg mixture over the beef and tater tots.
- Top with the remaining tater tots and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden brown on top.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
