Description

A delightful sheet pan meal featuring tender chicken thighs and a medley of colorful vegetables, all enveloped in rich garlic butter.


Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs (bone-in or boneless)
  • Mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots)
  • Garlic, minced
  • Butter (or olive oil)
  • Fresh herbs (thyme or rosemary)
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning
  • Lemon (for brightening flavors)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine melted butter, minced garlic, and herbs in a bowl.
  3. Place the chicken and chopped vegetables on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle the garlic butter mixture over them, seasoning generously with salt and pepper.
  5. Toss everything until well coated.
