Description

Enjoy the vibrant, flaky texture of baked salmon drizzled with a sweet and savory glaze, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and minced garlic until well combined.
  3. Arrange the salmon fillets in a baking dish and generously season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the glaze over each piece, ensuring they’re all well coated.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Take it out of the oven, serve warm, and savor each bite!

Notes

For better flavor, marinate the salmon in the glaze for up to an hour before baking. If looking for a caramelized finish, broil the salmon for a minute or two after baking.
