Description

Tender chicken bites coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic glaze, perfect for gatherings and weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil in a bowl to create the marinade.
  2. Toss the chicken pieces into the marinade, ensuring they’re fully coated. Let it sit for about 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add a splash of olive oil.
  4. Add the marinated chicken, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and cook for 5–7 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Pour the remaining marinade over the chicken and simmer for an additional 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, substitute chicken breast with thigh meat. Marinate longer for deeper flavor absorption.
