Description

Juicy chicken thighs coated in a spicy, flavorful glaze that creates an irresistible combination perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs (bone-in or boneless)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons Sriracha (or your favorite hot sauce)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Mix together honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl to create the sauce.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then sear them skin-side down until crispy.
  3. Flip the chicken and pour the sauce over the top. Reduce heat to medium and cover, cooking for an additional 10-15 minutes until fully cooked.
  4. Optionally, move the skillet to the oven for a few minutes to caramelize the sauce further.
  5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes. Drizzle with extra sauce and garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

For the crispiest skin, ensure your skillet is hot before adding the chicken. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes for enhanced flavor and tenderness.
