Description

A quick and flavorful dish featuring chicken thighs coated in a sweet-and-spicy sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken thighs generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and fully cooked.
  4. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and garlic powder to create the sauce.
  5. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and generously coat it with the sauce.
  6. Serve the Bang Bang Chicken Thighs garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
