Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken thighs generously with salt and pepper.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and fully cooked.
- In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and garlic powder to create the sauce.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and generously coat it with the sauce.
- Serve the Bang Bang Chicken Thighs garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
