Description

Tender steak morsels infused with garlic and enveloped in a rich sauce, perfect for casual dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds steak (sirloin or flank steak recommended, cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the steak, minced garlic, soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and butter.
  2. Stir well to ensure all pieces of steak are fully coated.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the steak is tender and flavorful.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

Choose well-marbled steak for better flavor and tenderness. Don’t skip the garlic for maximum flavor. Allow the dish to rest after cooking for the best taste.
