Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds steak (sirloin or flank steak recommended, cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the steak, minced garlic, soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and butter.
- Stir well to ensure all pieces of steak are fully coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the steak is tender and flavorful.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
