Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger if using.
- Place the chicken in the slow cooker, seasoning with salt and pepper.

- Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
