Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mashed potatoes, rice, or salad for serving
Instructions
- Season the pork chops generously with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ground ginger until smooth.
- Place the seasoned pork chops into the slow cooker and pour the honey garlic mixture evenly over them.
- Cover the slow cooker, and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the pork is fork-tender.
- Serve the succulent chops over mashed potatoes, fluffy rice, or a crisp fresh salad.
Notes
If you’re out of honey, brown sugar works as a great substitute for a similar sweetness.
