Description

Succulent chicken wrapped in soft tortillas with classic Caesar flavors, making for a fabulous meal any night of the week.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 small tortillas
  • Optional: slices of avocado, cherry tomatoes, or croutons for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat for about 15 minutes, turning halfway through, until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Remove from heat and allow to rest before shredding.
  2. Prepare the dressing mixture by combining the shredded chicken with Caesar dressing in a bowl, mixing well to coat every piece.
  3. Assemble the tacos by warming the tortillas and layering diced lettuce, the chicken mixture, and grated Parmesan on top.
  4. Add optional extras like avocado slices, halved cherry tomatoes, or croutons for an extra crunch.
  5. Serve immediately while the tortillas are warm, allowing everyone to build their own perfect taco.

Notes

Choose fresh, high-quality ingredients for the best flavor. Store leftovers separately to maintain crispness.
