Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz smoked salmon, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp capers, rinsed and chopped
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs (dill, chives, or parsley), chopped
- 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning
- Bagel crisps for serving
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and chopped smoked salmon.
- Add the red onion, capers, lemon zest, fresh herbs, and everything bagel seasoning.
- Mix thoroughly until the dip is smooth and all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Transfer the dip to a serving dish and cover it with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve the dip with bagel crisps, and enjoy!
