Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup almond flour (or any low-carb flour)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
- Cooking spray or oil for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, almond flour, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Blend until you reach a smooth consistency.
- Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it out to about 1/8-inch thick.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
- Remove the wraps from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before gently peeling them off the parchment paper.
- Roll or fold the wraps and fill them with your favorite ingredients—enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container. They last up to 3 days in the fridge and can be frozen for up to 2 months.
