Description

Nutritious cottage cheese wraps that are quick to prepare, low in carbs, and packed with protein, perfect for a busy weeknight dinner or a healthy snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond flour (or any low-carb flour)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, almond flour, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Blend until you reach a smooth consistency.
  3. Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it out to about 1/8-inch thick.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
  5. Remove the wraps from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before gently peeling them off the parchment paper.
  6. Roll or fold the wraps and fill them with your favorite ingredients—enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container. They last up to 3 days in the fridge and can be frozen for up to 2 months.
