Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie or grilled)
- 1/4 cup Frank’s buffalo wing sauce (or more, to taste)
- 1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with buffalo wing sauce. Toss until the chicken is well-coated.
- To make the tortillas easier to handle, heat them slightly in a skillet or microwave.
- Spread about one tablespoon of ranch or blue cheese dressing down the center of each tortilla.
- Layer on the buffalo chicken, followed by the chopped lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, and diced tomatoes if desired.
- Tightly roll up each tortilla, folding in the sides as you go to secure the filling.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately, or wrap them in foil for an on-the-go meal.
