Description

Spicy and satisfying buffalo chicken wraps filled with tender chicken, fresh lettuce, and creamy dressing, perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie or grilled)
  • 1/4 cup Frank’s buffalo wing sauce (or more, to taste)
  • 1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with buffalo wing sauce. Toss until the chicken is well-coated.
  2. To make the tortillas easier to handle, heat them slightly in a skillet or microwave.
  3. Spread about one tablespoon of ranch or blue cheese dressing down the center of each tortilla.
  4. Layer on the buffalo chicken, followed by the chopped lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, and diced tomatoes if desired.
  5. Tightly roll up each tortilla, folding in the sides as you go to secure the filling.
  6. Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately, or wrap them in foil for an on-the-go meal.

Notes

Feel free to substitute grilled chicken for a healthier twist or use dairy-free dressing if you’re looking for a lighter option.
