Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Mix honey, lime juice, minced garlic, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Let it soak for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
- If grilling, brush the grill with olive oil, place the chicken on it, and grill for about 7-8 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
- If baking, arrange the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving.
