Description

Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Fresh vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, zucchini)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Panko breadcrumbs
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts in olive oil, then press them into the crumb mixture until evenly coated.
