Description

A refreshing summer salad featuring crisp arugula and sweet strawberries, enhanced by a tangy dressing.

Ingredients

  • Fresh arugula
  • Sweet strawberries
  • Feta cheese, crumbled
  • Walnuts or pecans
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Honey
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the arugula thoroughly, then dry it gently using a salad spinner or a clean kitchen towel.
  2. Hull and slice the strawberries into quarters or halves, depending on their size.
  3. Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Combine the arugula, strawberries, and nuts in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad, tossing gently to combine.
  6. Top with feta cheese and additional walnuts or pecans before serving.

Notes

For a nut-free version, try sunflower seeds instead. Prepping ingredients in advance can save time.
