Description

Delightful rollups filled with ground beef, cheese, and garlic butter, perfect for family dinners or casual gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 8 bread rolls or dough squares
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • Seasonings (salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce)
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add the ground beef and onions, cooking until the beef is browned.
  3. Stir in seasonings and cheese until melted and combined.
  4. Roll out the dough and cut into squares. Spoon the beef mixture onto each square and roll them up.
  5. Place the rollups on a baking sheet and brush with a bit of melted butter. Bake until golden brown, approximately 15-20 minutes.
  6. Serve warm and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

These rollups are great paired with a salad or fries, and make excellent appetizers.
