Delightful rollups filled with ground beef, cheese, and garlic butter, perfect for family dinners or casual gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 8 bread rolls or dough squares
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- Seasonings (salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce)
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add the ground beef and onions, cooking until the beef is browned.
- Stir in seasonings and cheese until melted and combined.
- Roll out the dough and cut into squares. Spoon the beef mixture onto each square and roll them up.
- Place the rollups on a baking sheet and brush with a bit of melted butter. Bake until golden brown, approximately 15-20 minutes.
- Serve warm and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
