  • Honey or brown sugar
  • Green onions, chopped for garnish
  • Bell peppers and carrots, sliced (optional)
  • Sesame oil for cooking
  • Crushed red pepper flakes for heat (optional)


Instructions

  1. Begin by marinating the chicken in a mixture of garlic, soy sauce, and honey for about 15 minutes.
  2. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat, then add the marinated chicken. Sauté until browned and cooked through.
  4. Stir in the bell peppers and carrots, allowing them to soften slightly.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together with the remaining marinade for about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and a sprinkle of crushed red pepper if desired.
