Description

A delicious comfort dish of chicken and noodles coated in a sticky garlic sauce, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz noodles (your choice)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • Optional: chopped green onions or sesame seeds for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced chicken to the skillet, cooking until browned and cooked through, approximately 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and honey, stirring to coat the chicken evenly.
  6. Toss in the cooked noodles, mixing until everything is well combined and heated through.
  7. Drizzle with sesame oil before removing from heat.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in soy sauce and ginger for 15-30 minutes before cooking.
