Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 8 oz noodles (your choice)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- Optional: chopped green onions or sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken to the skillet, cooking until browned and cooked through, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the soy sauce and honey, stirring to coat the chicken evenly.
- Toss in the cooked noodles, mixing until everything is well combined and heated through.
- Drizzle with sesame oil before removing from heat.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in soy sauce and ginger for 15-30 minutes before cooking.
